How come Hate crime Prosecutions are only used in cases where the Victims are "Non-White" or Gay?
How come a Special Needs Child, doesn't Fall under any of the Minority Civil Rights Protection, afforded to Others. I don't care what the Race of the Child is, but it seems that All too many in Government do, these days..

Walk with me for a short Stroll...

Imagine for a moment what the Out Cry would be if a Latino, an Asian or a Black Special Needs Child, was Attacked by 2 Big White Kids, while They Video Tapped it for Broadcast on the internet... This Nation would be Yelling for Justice(Blood), but this particular Child, nah,"He's White and a Special Needs Child, so who cares. We'll just Slap the Attackers on the wrist and wait for the Bully's to get even with this Retarded White Kid. I mean he should learn to protect himself or leave Our school.."
The Police were called and The Department said,"Ah since no Blood was shed, there really isn't anything They can do.."

Did all You criminals out there hear that, if You attack someone and don't spill Their Blood, then the Cops in this city won't bother arresting You..

I mean doesn't it seem like Justice is Way out of Wack..

I was Promised, since the Civil Rights Bill of the 60' s, for a Color/Gender Blind Justice system and Yes there are some Problems, but when the Attack is Video Tapped and You can Clearly see who the Attackers are, Why is Justice being restrained..

I'm a Cops Kid and I know that Crime and Evil takes many Forms, different Races,Different Genders, Different Ages, Different Religions,Different Neighborhoods and so on..
I only seek Justice for All Victims of Crime..

When Any Innocent Person is Abused by an Attacker and the Legal system Does Not seek Justice, then that very same Justice System, Also Abuses the Innocent...That Failure of Justice, is Now, in Fact an Accessory to the Original Crime..

Hasn't this Nation learned anything from the Lack of Justice Throughout the Years. Racists and Nativist, Preyed Upon New Comers and Minority's, but the Justice System looked away..
We as One People decided that Justice was not Limited to Status or Race. We started to move Forward..We've had a few bumps in the Justice System and once the Public has been shown this In-Justice the "Justice" System has found ways to remedy the Errors/In-Justice in Law..
It seems that today, the Errors in Justice are Rampant and it's Lack of Justice Grows, with cry's of "Equaling the Score from History's Mistakes"...

The Victims of the Past have Forgiven the Legal System, because the System was on it's way to Equality, but somehow it's been Diverted by, Race Baiter and Political Opportunists..
Do We as Americans need to March in the Streets, as Our Grand Parents, did in the 60's to Fix this Mess..Hand in Hand, All Races joined Together as One American Family with the desire for Justice for All..
Anyway that is just an Average Cops Kids opinion/outrage on the In-Justice of an Attack on a Helpless Child..

If You know anything about Me, know this, I know that How a Nation Protects it's Weakest is a Defining Point of it's Honor and if We no longer Protect Our Weakest Family Members, what does that say about Our Nation, Our Family..
