Those that haven't heard about this story, I'm not surprised. The major media outlets are trying their best to ignore this story. NBC is the only main stream news outlet to mention this story in the past 18 months and they spent about 30 seconds on this story.
Many people know that something took down a US President, that was Nixon, but they don't really know what is was. I'll tell You that the Nixon scandal was nothing by comparison to what Obama has done and is doing by trying to cover this up.

Nixon's campaign guys broke into the Democrats campaign office. OK it was a break in... The Vice-President, the men involved and the President had to leave office, because of this break in at the Watergate Hotel..
Obama's guys, purposely bought guns from Americans at gun shows, so they, the Feds could smuggle those Legally purchased weapons, into the hands of the Cartels in Mexico, so the guns could be used and then be traced back to US guns shows & Dealers...Then the Feds (Obama) could call for Laws restricting the sale and ownership of guns in the US..
Create a non-existent problem, so You can fool the public into supporting Your wishes for Laws that you like. This is what people call a false flag type event. You know, attack yourself and then if done properly, blame a scape goat of Your choosing.
Prior to this "Operation", the Admin was claiming that guns recovered in Mexican Cartel busts, were traced back to the US. “In 2009, Obama, Homeland Security Chief Janet Napolitano, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and Sen. Dianne Feinstein had all charged that the increasing violence in Mexico was caused by guns purchased too easily in the U.S. They called on Congress to act to tighten gun control laws. ”
The Obama admin was calling for stricter gun control laws, that is until..........Wait for it.....Wait....Ah the Fat lady is singing...The Truth came out...
Yeah the weapons were indeed from the US and Yeah they were illegally in the hands of Mexican Drug Lords, but those guns, were supplied by the US to the Mexican Military, to fight the Cartels. The weapons were traced back to traitor's, in the Mexican Military that sold those weapons to the Cartel. So Ya see who supplied the weapons it was the Federal Governments of Mexico and the US. Not Law Abiding Americans, but corrupt people in another Nations military. The call for stricter Laws, disappeared almost over night, but not the desire for the Obama Admin to take away Law abiding Citizens rights. So operation Fast and Furious was born.

Obama was setting up a gun smuggling ring to falsely accuse American of gun running....It might have worked, but Whistle blowers, inside the program came forward after Americans were getting Killed with these weapons...
Now the Congress has been asking for documents from the President and his officials, they have been stone walling the request; even flatly ignoring the request. Some people in the departments illegally whistle blew and transferred the documents to the Congress. These people will probably be prosecuted for coming forward, but the Congress now has all the documents they asked for (evidence which they can not introduce without having to arrest the Whistle blowers for coming forward, but now they know what to ask ).
The Obama departments showed up with some requested documents and said that there are no other emails or documents and the ones that were sent to the Congress, were all that there is. Obama's guys handed over only 7,000 documents, the Congress said,"oh only 7,000 documents, is that all." The O admin people said yup, the Congress said ah no, the document count is 140,000, You are a bit light on the Document count, so what's up..
Just this week, the Congress tried to broker a deal with the Obama Admin guys, the Obama Admin and his Justice department, would not deal. So Congress had to charge the head of the Justice Department with Contempt of Congress..

Its sort of a child saying they didn't do something, when there is video tap of Them doing the thing and the child knows that there is video tape and the Child still says, I didn't do anything. You might wonder why They, in the Obama Admin is acting like this. Its because the Obama Admin thinks that it is the Only Legal authority in the Government and can act at will. As a King would.
I am not twisting things or making up stuff. Just look at the recent immigration law change the President did by himself. 1 year ago the President said, he could not change the immigration Laws. He said, it was only Congress that could do this. Now that Obama is running for re-election he changes the policy by himself; in essence flipping off the Congress and breaking the Law of the Nation.
I'll add, that I am stumped as to why Congress is not doing its duty or the Supreme Court. These 2 bodies of Our Government are there to stop a President from assuming Power in this fashion, but both remain silent. While the President hands out edicts as a King or Emperor/Dictator would do.
There is a lot of blame to hand out..

Roger Clemens was charged, with contempt of Congress and he supposedly lied about using steroids on Himself. No one got murdered because of His actions. Clemens faced 30 yrs for Contempt, if found guilty & millions in fines. So Ya think that Lying about Americans getting killed (by the way one killed, was a border patrol Officer; that's a Federal officer) with smuggled weapons from the Obama Admin to Mexican Drug Cartels. Might be a bit of a harsher jail sentence (sarcasm) and just a bit more serious than steroid use in Major league baseball..Hmmm...
Now keep Your ears open, because the Democrats in Congress are going to try and say that this crime, is a witch hunt and they are going to try and distract the public, from the seriousness of this crime... Here's is a latest example of the "Distraction"...

This charge by the Dems is laughable. The States are trying to clean up the Dead voters and the Illegals on the voting roles. The States requested help from the Federal Government and the Federal Government said NOPE. So the States decided to clean up the voting roles by themselves. The Obama Admin then charged the States, to halt their efforts. And the Attorney General, head of Obama's Justice Department, started to go out and make speeches claiming that those States want to toss off Black voters.
I love it (sarcasm) when they use this transparent race card, it doesn’t work these days. Its Kinda funny that they want to stop this process, but this action by the Obama Justice Dept has nothing to do with the very same Dept's gun smuggling operation.
Using the same form of Logic, being tossed out as cover for Obama, I could say this.....Oh I guess the Watergate "thing" was what, a witch hunt against a president, because what, the Dems didn't like Him..? No it was a crime and a cover up, by a US President. Not a Witch Hunt. The Law was broken and No man is above the Law.
We are a land of Law, not of Men and their whims. This, style of governance has made Us the Freest Nation to ever have existed in the History of Man. We have also never had a Dictator or Military coupe. Laws such as Ours, the separation of Power is the main factor in Our success and transition of Power from One President to another. Another factor is Good Men, doing their job to hold the Law above all other considerations. I fear that self preservation is now taking over too many Elected Official and Those Officials only care for Themselves, just as the Senator in the Roman Empire did nothing but rubber stamp every whim the Self Declared Emperor god, wanted.
I digress back to the Democrat distraction ploy being put forth to protect Obama and his Men.
To the Democrat Officials, I say this..Keep trying to distract and dilute the seriousness of this crime, Your distraction from this crime will sway the Average American, but not all of Us.

It is a contrast and comparison between a real law enforcement program, angled at stopping crime and the other, which is a perverted attempt at restricting Law abiding Citizens from Their Constitutionally Protected Freedoms, by subversion ,underhandedness, warped propaganda and deceit.
Look at this and see why some of Us, Know that this story, is WAY Bigger than Watergate. I'd be surprised if the next President doesn't have to use a Presidential Pardon, to allow this President and his cohorts, to escape Justice, to help the Nation heal from this, just like Nixon was Pardoned, so this story could go away.
One more thing to consider. If this story is not a ”Major ”story then why is the Mexican Congress trying, at this moment, to decide if what the Obama Administration did, with Fast & Furious constitutes an Act Of War..... I pray They do not rule that it is an Act of War...If They do, then Obama will have to Answer, without a prompter to the US People...
One other thing from me is this. I told the Wife,”Wow, these jerks in the Obama Admin, actually think that the People at Guns shows are willing to sell guns to Mexicans and the Cartel. The propaganda is that those very same People are the ones doing the minute man thing. So I'm sure that these people really want the smugglers and Illegals crossing the border to have fire power, to shoot at them with. This is so laughable.. Yeah I dun soed them those guns To ah, then have thems shoot at Me's.. Obama is a moron and his cohorts are so stupid. No one would believe this narrative, he's manufacturing. Its like the KKK giving guns to people they Hate.. It just doesn't hold water, as a real or possible position these People would do. Its as if The Obama Admin is saying that Americans are Planting guns on People like corrupt cops once did...Laughable.. ”
