Just a thought about Influence

Life has always had a small element of influence driven decisions in it, but not to the extent We find it Alive in Our World in these days. Men of ability and of substance are tossed aside, over-looked for People of influence...They chose "the guy you want to have a beer with" and not the Guy you think can help grow Your business, not the Man of substance and integrity, no not Him or Her.......
Life has seemingly come down to the "Politics of influence" and not the ability of the Individual.
