I will say, you should now know enough about leaks to take many of them, with a grain of salt, but you must also remember that sometimes "things" are leaked with a purposes and within those "Leaks" some truth always exists, but not a whole picture, just enough so that a plausible denial can be tossed about, if the need arises.. Introduction: After a lengthy, self-imposed informational black-out, my high-level DHS contact known as “Rosebud” emerged with new, non-public information about plans being discussed and prepared for implementation by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) in the near future.
